About Muse Capital

Established in 2018, Muse Capital is a specialist property funds management platform that sources capital from high net-worth clients and invests in property. Our mandate is to secure opportunities through direct approaches and realise consistent monthly risk-mitigated returns for our partners.

Muse Capital is led by Mel Pikos, Managing Director. With over 15 years in the property industry, Mel has previously funds managed a portfolio of assets in excess of $250 million and in 2010/2011 was responsible for acquiring $90 million of commercial and industrial properties.

Muse Capital aims to invest in direct property with long term leases in place; delivering significantly lower-risk property acquisitions in off-market approaches to owners and developers. We also seek opportunities for developers to co-participate in the final structure of the trust, providing developers with a structure whereby they can continue to have a long-term involvement in the properties they initially develop. This allows new investors in the trust to have peace of mind that their long term interests in the trust are also considered beyond just the initial acquisition with the continued involvement of the developer.
